DELIVERY TIME SHIPPING TIME

We accept orders from all over the world and can ship almost anywhere.

When you place an order, your package will leave our warehouse in France within 1 to 2 working days.

Here are the delivery times for the "standard delivery" option. These are given as an indication. They do not take into account the preparation time of 1 to 2 working days mentioned above

- France: 2-4 working days

- Europe: 3-7 working days

- Switzerland and rest of the world: 6-12 working days

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the website link to track your package. Your carrier will be your national post office (UPS for the US, La Poste for France, Deutsche Post for Germany, etc.) You can also track your package on their website.

If delivery is attempted when no one is at the address, your package will be dropped off at the nearest post office or collection point. In most cases, you should receive a notification card in your mailbox, an email, or a text message to your mobile phone number (if you have provided one).

We also offer delivery by Mondial Relay and Fedex where possible.

 

THE STATUS OF THE ORDER IS « DELIVERED »

If an order is marked as delivered, this means that the parcel has arrived at your address, or is at your nearest post office for collection.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer. 

Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address. If you know that packages are usually left outside your letterbox where anyone can access them, please choose to have them delivered to your workplace or another address of your choice.

 

ORDER SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Please check your delivery address to ensure it is up to date (not a previous address automatically recorded by the computer or telephone). If the package is lost due to a wrong address, we cannot be held responsible. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to obtain your correct address. We will ask you to pay the cost of returning the goods to the corrected address. 

 

RETURN

Have you changed your mind? It happens! We can accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of the package. 

Only unused and undamaged items returned in their original condition and packaging will be accepted. 

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please choose a tracking option as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages that are not sent by us.

NON-PLASTIC AND RECYCLED PACKAGING

We strive to be plastic-free in our business. We only use non-plastic and recyclable packaging materials. Don't be surprised if your package arrives in a random box that we have reused. We also urge you to give all these packaging materials a second/third/etc life by reusing them for your own purposes. As a last resort, you can recycle them.

 

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Before buying online, always check where the package will be shipped from. This may affect whether or not you have to pay taxes to the postal company in exchange for your package.

For all orders on Bareaya, your package will leave from France. All destinations within the European Union will not have customs formalities.

For all other destinations, please contact the customs department in your country to obtain adequate information on regulations and costs. These costs must be borne and paid by the customer who is importing the goods into their country and is therefore responsible for their handling. Please note that we must indicate the actual sale value of the goods on the customs forms and that we cannot list packages as a "gift" or "sample" to save import duties (unless, of course, it is a gift or sample from us).

Customs formalities may delay the delivery of your order beyond the delivery time we indicate, and this is unfortunately beyond our control.
